We strongly encourage every client to actively attend the inspection in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the findings and the overall process. While our reports are meticulously detailed, any questions that may arise about the inspection are often easier to address on the spot rather than in the following days or weeks. At every inspection, we will conduct a thorough walk of the roof given the roof is safe to be walked upon. This hands-on approach ensures that clients are fully informed and engaged throughout the inspection process.
Our prices are based on age of home, foundation type and square footage of home.

Homes 2001-3200 sq. ft
For homes that are valued at over $400,000, exceed 4,000 square feet in size, or are older than 90 years, the fees will be estimated and are subject to change based on the unique details and characteristics of the property in question.
Active and former military personnel, law enforcement officers, emergency responders, and firefighters get a $25 discount on inspections.
Must be claimed at order; unclaimed will not be reimbursed post-booking.
